What's the buzz about phenoxyethanol?
Phenoxyethanol is a glycol ether that is used as an anti-bacterial preservative in cosmetics as well as a stabilizer in perfume. Interestingly, although the phenoxyethanol used in skincare products is almost always synthetic, this chemical occurs naturally in green tea. It is used in a tiny quantity in our Alfresco Anti Bug Bite Moisturizer; it is EU approved and a far safer and skin-friendly alternative to parabens and formaldehyde-releasing preservatives. Our Alfresco Moisturizer has been thoroughly tested on people of all ages over the last 20 years for both its bug repellent properties and suitability for sensitive skins, including babies and infants. Lots of parents and expectant mums use Alfresco - see our many happy reviews from those who have tried and tested it - we think that's the best recommendation there is...lots of delighted customers. In fact, even Pregnancy magazine called Alfresco 'the bug repellent to use'.

Great Products
I'm a user from Hong Kong. I use Alfresco products to protect my kids since they were little babies. Now, I keep buying Alfresco products for my nephews and recommend to my friends with kids.
