Hi Paula, I know that feeling well! Some days it just feels like we are being pulled in all directions, always looking out for others instead of ourselves. On days (or weeks) like these I always make sure to schedule in 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the afternoon just for me, to put my phone and computer away, sit down with a cup of tea or a glass of water and listen to some music. For a boost, I like to rub some Alfresco Moisturiser into my hands and breathe in that delicious scent. The essential oils are a natural stimulant, and make me feel more awake and alert. I’m also a big fan of essential oils and particularly love to burn lavender when I’m feeling overwhelmed. Make sure you get a good make. I use Neal’s Yard. Let me know how you get on!
